Stars of Storrs 78, Green Mountain Men 76

UConn men’s basketball supporters know that Ryan Boatright isn’t one to shy away from big moments. The former UConn guard and 2014 national champion nailed a game-winning 3-pointer during the Elam Ending, securing a memorable 78-76 victory for the Stars of Storrs against the Green Mountain Men. Isaiah Whitehead led Stars of Storrs with a game-high 18 points, while Boatright contributed 17 points to the win. On the other hand, former Vermont standout Dylan Penn led the Green Mountain Men with 20 points, and Ben Shungu added 17 points and seven rebounds in the loss. With this win, Stars of Storrs advances to the next round and will face We Are D3 at 7 p.m. ET this Wednesday on FS1.

Carmen’s Crew 73, Fort Wayne Champs 69

Former Fairmont State star Jamel Morris topped the scoring charts with 20 points off the bench, while Keyshawn Woods added 15 points on a stellar 6-of-7 shooting, leading Carmen’s Crew to a solid 73-69 victory over the Fort Wayne Champs. After a sluggish start from the Carmen’s Crew starters, the bench picked up the pace, combining for 41 of the team’s 73 points. Desonta Bradford, the only starter to score in double figures for Carmen’s Crew, finished with 11 points. Jitaurious Gordon led Fort Wayne Champs with 16 points, and Tony Mitchell added 11 points. Carmen’s Crew now heads to the next round to battle Fail Harder at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday via FS2.

Heartfire 89, B Braun Sheffield Sharks 70

This match was the only non-close contest of the day, with former Clemson star Tevin Mack being a significant factor. Mack, who previously played for Texas and Alabama, erupted for a team-high 20 points and snagged eight rebounds, helping Heartfire secure a commanding 89-70 win over the B Braun Sheffield Sharks. Heartfire showcased balanced scoring with five players reaching double digits, including Eric Griffin with 12 points and Marcus Hall with 11 points. Prentiss Nixon led the Sharks with 22 points, while Jordan Ratinho contributed 18 points off the bench. Heartfire will advance to face JHX Hoops (Kansas Alumni) at 7 p.m 777pib. ET on Wednesday.

We Are D3 81, Boeheim’s Army 78

Boeheim’s Army entered this year’s TBT as one of the favorites to win it all, but We Are D3 had different plans. Ty Nichols delivered an outstanding performance, scoring a game-high 36 points and sealing the game with the last basket during the Elam Ending, leading We Are D3 to an 81-76 upset over Boeheim’s Army in a thrilling back-and-forth battle. Dimitrius Underwood added solid contributions with 14 points and seven rebounds tracking number of lbc. Jacob Dilyard was Boeheim’s Army’s top scorer with 19 points, while Buddy Boeheim chipped in 17 points and five rebounds. We Are D3 will move on to face Stars of Storrs at 7 p.m. ET this Wednesday on FS1.

Fail Harder 80, All Good Dawgs 77

Darius Adams, a former University of Indianapolis guard, led Fail Harder with 24 points, seven rebounds, and five assists to clinch an 80-77 victory over All Good Dawgs. Kobe Webster contributed 11 points, while Reginald Kissoonlal added 10 points. what is lbc means Jordan Walker rounded out the scoring, netting the final basket in the Elam Ending for the win. Tyler Wideman was the leading scorer for All Good Dawgs with 25 points, and Ty Groce added 21 points. JHX Hoops 59, Purple Reign 57

Former Kansas standout LaGerald Vick came through when it mattered the most for JHX Hoops. With the game tied at 57-57 and a target score of 59, Vick intercepted a pass and rushed down the court for a game-winning layup. taya777.com log in Zeke Mayo led the team with 14 points, while David McCormack contributed nine points and 10 rebounds. Cam Martin was the top scorer for Purple Reign with 14 points, while Carter Diarra and Shaun Williams chipped in 11 points each. JHX Hoops now advances to face Heartfire at 7 p.m. ET this Wednesday.
